AI Experts on Stage
1 Full Day
Practical Sessions Only
Most business leaders have heard about AI. Few know what to actually do with it in their business.
LEDEX Forum is a one-day event where that changes. Every talk ends with a concrete step – something you can put to work right after the event. Not stories about what worked for someone else. Instructions for what you can do in yours.
A short list to act on when you’re back at work. No tech background required. No jargon. Just the parts of AI that are worth your time.
Every session ends with a next step
Each talk ends with something specific. A tool, a process, a clear decision – built for your business, not someone else’s.
No tech background needed
Built for leaders and decision-makers, not developers. If you can run a team, you can use what you learn here.
The room is half the value
Leaders from across Europe, all asking the same questions. The conversations over lunch are often as good as the talks.
Every session at LEDEX Forum is built around tools that don’t require a large IT team or a six-figure budget. The kind of AI that works for businesses of any size, not just the ones with a dedicated tech department.
Getting Found Online in the Age of AI
Search is changing. AI tools now answer questions directly instead of sending people to websites. By the end of the day you’ll know what that means for your business and which specific changes are worth making first.
Creating Brand Visuals Without a Designer
How to produce professional visuals for your brand using AI tools. No design skills or agency budget needed. You’ll know exactly which tools to use and how to get started.
AI That Handles Repetitive Work For You
Some AI tools run in the background without needing you in the room. You’ll understand how to set them up to handle repetitive work and what that frees up for you and your team.
One Business. Real Numbers. No Theory.
You’ll hear directly from businesses that have already done this. Real changes, real numbers, real outcomes. Not hypothetical scenarios about what AI could do.
Choosing the Right Tools
There are hundreds of AI tools. By the end of the day you’ll know which ones are worth paying for, what they actually do, and which ones to skip based on your budget and team size.
Where to Start With AI in Your Business
Stop trying everything at once. You’ll have a clear picture of the right starting points for your specific business, what to prioritise first, and what isn’t worth your time yet.
LEDEX Forum is built for small and medium-sized businesses that want to use AI to grow, not just understand it better.
C-Level Leaders & Founders
You built the business. Now you’re watching AI change how competitors operate and you need to know which changes are worth making.
Department Heads & Managers
You are expected to deliver better results with the same or fewer resources. Manual processes and bottlenecks keep your team busy instead of effective.
Decision Makers & Strategists
If you are responsible for growth and performance, standing on the sidelines is not an option.

Presenting: How I 10x’d My Company Productivity Without Hiring Anyone
Most business owners fall into the same trap: too many roles, too little time, and the belief that hiring more people is the only way forward. In this session, the speaker shows a different path – building smarter systems that reduce manual work and create leverage in day-to-day operations.
You’ll get a step-by-step look at three AI workflows already running in a real business. You will see how a CEO dashboard can be automated to deliver real-time metrics in about 60 seconds, how outreach can scale from 100 to 5,000 contacts per month with one person using AI-led personalization, and how to build a content engine that publishes daily without burning out the team.
This talk is designed to be practical and easy to replicate, even if you do not have a technical background. You’ll walk away with a clear framework for choosing what to automate first, specific tools you can implement tomorrow, and a mindset shift from “I need to hire” to “what can run without me?”
About Fabrizio:
Fabrizio is the CEO & Founder of Kialvo Group, where he builds and grows companies by simplifying their operations through AI automation. His philosophy: don’t look for solutions outside – they’re already inside you.
With 12 years of experience, Fabrizio has founded and scaled multiple ventures: Menford, a multi-service marketing agency operating in 50+ markets; Passione Inter, Italy’s largest paid community for Inter Milan fans generating 10 million views per month; and OptiWorkflow, which helps SMBs identify automation opportunities hidden in their existing processes.
His approach: stop hiring for repetitive tasks and start building systems that run without you.
Presenting: Choosing the Right Automation & AI Tools: Practical Decisions for European Businesses
Many businesses struggle with AI and automation, not because the technology is missing, but because they choose the wrong tools at the wrong time. In this session, you will get a clear framework for deciding when to automate, when to introduce AI, and which tools fit different types of work.
The speaker focuses on decision-making, not technical demos. You will learn how to assess process maturity, recognize where human judgment still matters, and avoid common mistakes like automating broken processes or using AI as a shortcut without understanding what it actually does.
You will see how to distinguish between automation-first and AI-first approaches, and where tools like Make, n8n, and AI-agent platforms fit into real operational scenarios. The session also covers what European teams should consider around data privacy, hosting, and long-term maintenance, so your choices remain sustainable as your business grows.
This session gives you mental models, practical examples, and actionable guidelines you can apply immediately to evaluate automation and AI opportunities in your own organization. You will leave with clarity on how to make smarter tool decisions that support real business outcomes.
About Catherine:
Catherine is a Product and Program Leader working at the intersection of automation, AI, and operations. She helps founders, operators, and cross-functional teams reduce manual work and improve day-to-day decision-making by choosing the right tools for the right problems.
With experience across product management, digital operations, and workflow automation, Catherine focuses on practical adoption over hype – helping teams understand when to automate, when AI adds value, and when processes need clarity before any tooling is introduced. Her work is centred on making automation and AI approachable for non-technical teams, with an emphasis on sustainability and long-term maintainability.
Presenting: The Sales System That Never Sleeps
Most businesses still rely on humans to remember the next sales step, which means leads slip through the cracks and opportunities are lost. In this session, Jens Palsma shows how to build a simple, reliable sales system that works in the background all day, every day, so your pipeline keeps moving even when your team is busy.
The talk is built around three core ideas you can remember and apply: SEE, SPEED, and WAKE. You will learn how to SEE the invisible by spotting buying signals before prospects ever reach out to you, why SPEED matters and how responding in 5 minutes instead of 5 days changes your close rates, and how to WAKE the goldmine that already exists in your forgotten database.
Throughout the session, you will see how to replace memory-based follow-up with simple, automated touchpoints that never forget to call, email, or nurture the right contact at the right time. Jens will share practical examples you can adapt to your own tools and tech stack, so you can start turning anonymous attention into real conversations without adding more manual work to your team.
You will leave with a clear mental model for a “sales system that never sleeps,” language you can use with your team to align around SEE · SPEED · WAKE, and concrete next steps to improve your existing sales process. This session is designed for founders and sales leaders who want a calm, dependable system instead of a frantic, person-dependent pipeline.
About Jens:
Jens is the founder of Clevergro, where he helps recruitment agencies transform from manual, hustle-driven operations into modern, AI-powered firms. With a background in tech recruitment and deep expertise in automation tools like Clay, n8n, and LinkedIn outreach systems, he builds sales and sourcing systems that work around the clock, so recruiters can focus on what actually matters: real conversations with real people. Based in Portugal and originally from the Netherlands, Jens is on a mission to amplify recruiters, not replace them.
Presenting: The Agentic Company: How to Grow With Agents Instead of Headcount
Most leaders hear about AI in abstract terms, but rarely see how it actually runs inside a real company. In this session, Ignácio opens up his own operating system and shows how a portfolio business runs marketing, sales, client communication, research, finance, and operations through a coordinated team of AI agents.
You will get a guided walkthrough of his agent “team” using annotated screenshots, including how the marketing, sales, executive assistant, research, finance, and ops agents are set up, what tools they connect to, and which types of work they handle day to day. Ignácio also explains the new leadership skill of managing agents: defining clear roles, giving the right context, setting guardrails, and building simple approval flows so agents can work reliably in the background.
The session closes with a straightforward 4-step process to launch your first agent within 30 days, from writing the job description as a prompt to testing it and connecting it to a real workflow. You will leave with a clear mental model of what an agentic company looks like in practice, honest limits of what agents should and should not do, and concrete steps to start building your own agent layer today.
About Ignácio:
Ignácio Correia is the Founder of SuperCognit, an AI company focused on building agentic systems for businesses. At Mechanism Ventures, he designs the AI agent infrastructure that runs the firm’s internal operations — from automated hiring pipelines and research workflows to marketing, finance, and client communications — allowing the team to build multiple companies simultaneously without proportional headcount growth. With 15+ years in product design and systems thinking, and a background as a TEDx speaker, Ignácio brings a rare combination of strategic clarity and hands-on execution to the challenge of building the agentic company.

The name LEDEX stands for four things we believe every business leader needs right now.
The vision to navigate what’s next.
The drive to build, adapt, and grow.
Knowing which tools and channels to use – and how to connect them.
When the three combine, the results compound. That’s the multiplier.
All four in one room
That’s what the name stands for – and what the Forum is built around.
LEDEX Forum focuses on practical AI strategies for SMBs, not on enterprise AI architecture, large-scale data centers, complex ML operations, or solutions that need dedicated AI departments.
